The Butterfly lion book is about a lion called the white prince. The mother was pregnant and when the baby cubs were born they were not yellow they where white. His mother got shot because she was eating all of the precious cattle . One day the white lion was at the water hole and Bertie went out the gate and got the lion and ran back into the gate with the white lion. His mother was depressed because Bertie did not have friends to play with and that white lion became his best friend.
